“I want to be comfortable in my own skin. I want to love myself” It’s a theme that comes up regularly for most of my clients, women and men. So before diving into the subject, I thought I’d consult Miss Louise Hay. She literally has written the book on the subject, “You Can Heal Your Life”

“Part of self-acceptance is releasing other people’s opinions. If I were with you and kept telling you, ‘You are a purple pig.’ You would either laugh at me, or get annoyed with me and think I was crazy. It would be most unlikely that you would think it was true. Yet many of the things we have chosen to believe about ourselves are just as far out and untrue. To believe that your self-worth is dependent on the shape of your body is your version of believing that ‘You are a purple pig.’”

In short, any belief that you hold about yourself that is says you are unworthy, unlovable, or imperfect is a lie.

By now you’re saying, “But Krista, I know that. I just don’t know how to live it.”

The lie resides in the unconscious mind and it’s there that you must address it. In other words, you’ve got to reprogram your mind for SELF-LOVE. And you can do it!

There are several ways to reprogram your unconscious mind, and I’m going to give you a simple exercise that you’ll love doing.

For the next 21 days I challenge you to say to yourself, “I am Perfect, I am Love, I am Complete” just before falling asleep and just when you’re waking up. This state is a natural hypnotic state where you can start the process of creating an unconscious pattern of self-love.

Whew! Now doesn’t that feel better?

Live your magnificence!

Sending Love,

Krista
