What’s holding you back from experiencing a life spilling over from love, light, and abundance? It’s Day 2 of our our 21 Days of Prayer, and we’re breaking the spell of cultural hypnotism. Why is it important to break the spell? Let’s turn to the classic, “The 4 Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz where he discusses the domestication of humans.
…through domestication we learn how to live and how to dream. In human domestication, the information from the outside dream is conveyed to the inside dream, creating our whole belief system…We have a whole concept of what a “woman” is and what a “man” is. And we also learn to judge. We judge ourselves, judge other people, and judge the neighbors.” (pg. 6)
All this domestication is a form of hypnotism that leads us to believe wrongly about ourselves.
Our dreams, desires, and self-concept are not authentic but cultivated by the voice of culture.
To live a life of joy, love, abundance and freedom means that you must wake up from the cultural delusion.
How we are doing that is through exploring the Feminine Face of the Divine.
What’s wonderful about this is that because she has been missing from our lives, we can discover Her anew, And it discovering Her anew we step outside of the box of our cultural conditioning and, perhaps, discover ourselves anew.
